Nothing short of exemplary…

Dear Sirs,

I would like to take a moment to recognize one of your staff members for service that I consider above and beyond the norm. From the beginning of my working relationship with your company, Mr. Trey Cox has consistently provided a level of performance that I consider nothing short of exemplary.

To be more specific, Mr. Cox has:

1. Provided, at my request, a steady supply of coins, generally above average for the grade, at prices that were competitive with the rest of the marketplace,
2. Provided sound advice on coins I was considering both from your firm and others. This advice has enabled me to negotiate in a more effective manner and has assisted me in avoiding more than a few mistakes I most certainly would have made in the absence of such advice,
3. Offered me competitive prices for those coins I own that I have from time to time wished to sell; I realize the rare coin market in general is built largely on collector demand and speculation and that there is a reasonable risk associated with the purchase of rare coins.

Mr. Cox has provided substantial assistance in reducing that risk, and he has done so in a timely and courteous manner. Further, he has always conducted himself as a gentleman and has always been a pleasure to work with. You are lucky to have Trey Cox in your employ, and it will be my pleasure to continue working with him in the years to come.
