Shipping Policy
- All regular orders will be shipped within 15 business days.
- Pre-order and Special Order Items: In this case you will be notified at time of transaction of expected ship date.
- Your Sales Orders are shipped by us by common carrier unless otherwise expressly agreed by ARC&B and you.
- ARC&B has exclusive choice of carrier based on the particular circumstances, such as shipment weights or transaction amounts. This is to make certain all packages are properly insured by ARC&B.
- Any exception or modification to our shipping policy must be approved in writing by ARC&B.
Refunds & Returns
If you are not I00% satisfied with the value of your purchases, except for special order items , bullion items and trades, please return them in the original packaging within ten days of receipt for a refund. Other returns of numismatic items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. All payments for coins liquidated by ARC&B will be processed and sent in 10-15 business days unless specified otherwise in writing.
Risks of Coin Collecting
All clients of American Rare Coin & Bullion , are encouraged and advised to independently verify all representations made herein, or by its representatives, before making investment or collecting decisions. ARC&B wants you to carefully examine the collectible coins you ordered.
The collectible coin market is speculative and unregulated, meaning prices may fluctuate and involve certain risks. Previous market trends or coin values do not guarantee future results. Many areas of numismatics lend themselves to third party grading and authentication. Certification does not eliminate all risks associated with the grading of coins. Coin collecting recommendations are meant for those who are financially suited for the risks and long-term holding times required, which usually span 3-5 years, or possibly more. This company has no association with the U.S. Government or the U.S. Mint.

ARC&B , its principals and representatives do not guarantee a profit, or guarantee that losses may not be incurred, as a result of the utilization of its recommendations, or upon liquidation of coins bought from ARC&B . They may also have positions in areas they recommend. Clients should not look at this document as giving legal or investment advice. Customer agrees the exclusive and mandatory venue and jurisdiction of any dispute or suit arising between ARC&B and customer shall be in a federal or state court located in Jefferson County, Texas. Customer agrees to pay all costs. including, but not limited to attorney’s fees and prejudgment against ARC&B, in which ARC&B prevails based upon the provisions in these terms and conditions, or regarding any unpaid invoice.
